New arrival at Lonehill Fire Station

This cute little baby goat was born at the Lonehill fire station on Monday morning, last week.

It has been named Bagsie, the nickname of proud "grandfather" Don Perry. If Don is not in the Koppie, he spends a lot of time at the fire station taking care of the animals and providing food along with youngsters from Crawford Prep.

Don couldn't tell us if it is a "he" or a "she" yet, because Mother Goat has been very protective. Well, that's what he says, but perhaps the little 5-day old goat is already too fast for Don to catch it.
