Thanks for the outstanding service RSS Security

Just a short note to Thank You and RSS for the great service received from you and your team RSS. It is not often that you find a business and individuals going the "extra mile"

There was an incident that did not even happen in our store, Woolworths Fourways Mall, or centre for that matter but in the external public domain in Fourways Boulevard.

A frequent shopper and Fourways resident was threatened with her life in a "road rage" incident. This Customer came into the store frantic and relayed what had transpired.

She was clearly traumatised and I needed help to try and ease her situation. She informed me that RSS was the security company at her complex. I then called Gary Rahme of RSS and he came through for this lady.

He organised a response vehicle that escorted her and her husband home. Now that is SERVICE, you saw no obstacles, but just delivered a solution. I can tell you, that the in store Customers were well impressed at the service of RSS. We all know how fast "word of mouth” spreads and my Customers are clearly impressed.

I happened to have engaged with a few of them on the sales floor and without divulging too much info, informed them of RSS’s response and support as well as presence (subtle), shown in the parking lot.

What a great advert for a Security company that really cares and delivers.Nice one Gary and Team!
