Health/Fitness conscious
Is the average person aware of their health and fitness levels?
Do we really know what a healthy diet is?
Do we really know how to exercise?
Your opinion on this matter?
I think the average person is generally aware of their health and fitness levels and what constitutes a healthy lifestyle and also have some knowledge of what the right excerise is for them. For example what is suitable for their age group or the availability of their time but most people would actually benefit greatly from more detailed information.
Unfortuantely, in this day and age everyone has stressfull lifestyles so I think the average person is unaware of their health and fitness levels as well as they should be. There are so many diets/plans on the market these days that are so called "healthy diets" or "loose weight quick diets" but I feel a healthy diet is a balanced diet that consists of the right foods from each food group that nourishes your body but suites a persons individual needs. I believe in going back to the roots ie not necessarily following a diet but more of a healthy eating plan which cuts out all the refined, processed foods. It obviously depends on the individual but I don't think everyone knows how to exercise based on their bodies needs or is on an exercise programme that achieves their desired results. A person should seek guidance from a professional to assess their body type, create an eating plan that suites them, as well as an exercise programme.
Goood morning all.
Great to hear your comments.
What is it that is missing from the market then?
There are plenty Gyms / Trainers and so on but is there a "missing link" that would make all this Health and Gym area 'easier' and more convenient to the public????
I look forward to your responses.
Nick
Many people find it difficult to get up early and go to gym before work.
It might be easier for some if trainers went to their houses in the morning for their workout.
Or if they had a gym partner or trainer, many people need the motivation to get them to the gym.
do exists more affordable gyms where you are not bound to expensive contracts?
