Have you tried ostrich?

I was wondering how many people, like myself, had started experimenting with Ostrich meat? Maybe a few years ago, when ostrich meat was just becoming available, and was, therefor, affordable. Have you also noticed how much the prices have increased over the last year or so? Ostrich fillet is now R200 / kilo! But not only that, I am sure that the quality has deteriorated as well.
