Murder outside Ball Breakers in Fourways

A 22 year old male was killed on Saturday night and his two friends seriously injured after a fight broke out at Ball Breakers in the Value Centre in Pineslopes on November 21 at 1.36am.

The three friends were at Ball Breakers when a suspected drug dealer approached them and tried to sell them drugs. They said they didn’t want any and asked him to leave them alone. He persisted in trying to make them buy drugs then an altercation occurred between them at 1.06am. The bouncer of Ball Breakers intercepted the dispute and kicked the dealer out.

The suspected drug dealer is a coloured male with very light skin, a shaved head and has green tattoos on the inside of both forearms. He was wearing black clothing, earrings and a gold chain.

Just half an hour later the three friends were leaving to go home when they were approached by the suspect and three of his friends in the parking lot. They were stabbed multiple times before the suspects fled the scene in the black Range Rover Supercharger that his three friends had arrived in.

Two of the victims are in a serious condition at Life Fourways but the third did not have medical aid and had to wait for a government ambulance.
He died of his wounds and blood loss on the way to a government hospital.

Douglasdale police officers arrived at the scene to take statements and opened up a case. They are currently conducting further investigations.

The CCTV footage revealed that a black Range Rover Supercharger had originally driven into the centre with number plates and when it drove out the number plates had been removed but the footage was not clear enough to make out the registration number.

Apparently these suspects hang around the Pineslopes area and frequent Bright Water Common. They sell drugs and are involved in illegal drag racing.

Be on the lookout for a supercharged black Range Rover with thee coloured males and one black male. If this vehicle is seen phone 10111 immediately to report its whereabouts but do not do this at the risk of your life.

Update: Ballbreakers suspects arrested

Two suspects, who were involved in this violent incident at Ballbreakers in Pineslopes where a victim was killed, were arrested by members of SAPS Douglasdale through intense tracing and investigations.

The suspects will appear in the High Court and are facing murder and attempted murder charges.
