Armed Reaction
With the ever increasing threat of crime, people are looking for the best option to secure themselves, their families, business and assets. At RSS, we are here to serve and protect you, and our highly trained work force of reaction officers, area managers and special operations personnel are devoted to your security day and night.

Our exclusive reaction fleet includes 4 x 4’s, BMW’s and reaction vehicles that are specially equipped to deal with almost any emergency. They are area specific to ensure fast reaction times and customer satisfaction.

We boast a full technical/service department, available to install intruder detection, fire alarm, panic and perimeter systems to secure your family. All monitored systems are linked to our control centres manned by professional controllers who are always ready to dispatch the appropriate response.

Guarding, Estate and Suburb Security Specialists

Raid

RSS’ Reaction and Intelligence Division (RAID) goes above and beyond our Guarding and Armed Reaction services to proactively combat crime and safeguard Executives and VIP’s.

Our RAID teams are made up of people with specialized skills and equipment including night vision and advanced weapons to handle more complicated and dangerous situations.

These teams receive expert training on an ongoing basis to ensure that they are prepared for any eventuality.

They are also experts at dealing with threat analysis and risk prevention. From private investigation to special operations, only the best personal make it into this elite department.

Guardian Medical
Along with armed reaction vehicles, RSS also dispatches Medical Response vehicles free of charge to all armed reaction clients in the event of a crime in progress or medical emergency. Guardian Medical staff are trained to deal with all forms of emergency and trauma and have vehicles in your area waiting to be dispatched.

Senior citizens and people with existing medical conditions have the option of installing a medic specific panic button, or having a medic facility activated on an already operational keypad. Our phone operators are trained to deal with medical emergencies, have RSS client on system and will work together with the support and backup of the leading hospitals in your area to best help you in your time of need.

Technical
