The following pupils were re-awarded with the highest accolade that Fourways can bestow upon its pupils last week at their annual prize giving of February 9 2010.
Lionel van Niekerk – double honours, Jessica Davies – triple honours and Margot Cahi – double honours
Sportsmen
Sean Spencer and Lindokuhle Nkwana were awarded the Senior Sportsmen of the year; Sean was also awarded for being the “Most Spirited Individual in the School”.
Sportswoman and Triple Honours
Jessica Davies was awarded Senior Sportswoman of the year. She was also awarded her Triple Honours for academics, a combination of sporting colours, and representing Gauteng at the ladies U/19 Volleyball tournament.
Science Olympiad
Lionel van Niekerk did himself and the school proud when he achieved 2nd place in the country’s annual Science Olympiad in Sept 2009. For this he was awarded his honours blazer and a double honours blazer for academics.
