The Business Centre includes the day-to-day running costs of running an office in their leases making this an attractive and affordable option for any business.
For example, they provide clients with a reception service where a personalised telephone number is allocated to the tenant company. All calls are professionally answered in the company’s name at The Business Centre front desk.
The call is then either transferred or forwarded to the business owner, or, if they are not in the office, a text message is sent to a nominated telephone number.
The Business Centre offers fully serviced office space with flexible leases and affordable rates, from R3500 per month. Lease periods start from as little as 3 months for those requiring temporary office space, to longer leases of 6 and 12 months.
The Business Centre Fourways opened its doors in June 2009 and was officially launched to the property, law and media market on Thursday November 26, 2009.
The Business Centre Fourways is the third addition to The Business Centre group with centres already in Rivonia and Bryanston.
